Detailed Position Description -Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and evaluating of patient services in the division. -Demonstrates leadership and management on the unit, develops and leads staff members, and efficiently uses hospital and human resources. -Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers. -Initiates and maintains positive relationships with co-workers. -Takes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment. -Displays commitment to the mission of the hospital and its values. Position Requirements -Three to four years of experience as a staff nurse; including at least two years in specialty area of position. -Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic. -Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. Education Requirements - Graduate of an approved Nursing program; Bachelors Degree preferred License/Certification Requirements - Current Ohio RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration; BLS required; ACLS preferred.
