BSN FACULTY: MEDICAL-SURGICAL NURSING opportunity in Arizona!
JOB DUTIES: Primary responsibilities include classroom and clinical teaching in the School of Nursing BSN program. Other responsibilities include ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum; student advisement, recruitment, and retention activities; professional development; scholarly activity; participation in program, college, and university committees and activities that benefit the School of Nursing, College of Health Sciences, and the University. Other related duties as required and/or assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements include a Masters Degree in Nursing (doctorate preferred); clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing; and an Arkansas RN license (or eligibility). Desired qualifications include prior teaching experience in a BSN program; continued formal education beyond masters degree (if applicable); demonstrated experience and leadership skills in the development of instructional materials; ability to use technology as a teaching and learning tool; collaborative active learning; excellent interpersonal, organization, and communication skills; and a commitment to high professional standards.
