Director, Digestive Health Center of Excellence Gastroenterology Clinic/Endoscopy Center
University of Colorado Hospital is seeking a Digestive Health Center of Excellence Director for our Gastroenterology Clinics and state-of-the-art Endoscopy Center. The Endoscopy team is comprised of 54 staff members, primarily registered nurses. It is a complex practice that is equipment intensive and one that relies on several computer applications to deliver efficient and safe care. The Director position is responsible for working with UCD Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine, and UCH leadership in developing strategic plan and direction for the Digestive Health Center. You will oversee the management of the staff, daily operations, and administrative and financial activities of the Digestive Health Center of Excellence. This position serves as a project manager/champion for ambulatory-wide projects involving revenue cycle, service standards, and staff development. You will hold an appointment as adjoint faculty member in the UCD Department of Medicine.
