Seeking Urology Nurse Manager - Responsible for all Nursing and clinical support staff, Clinical Nursing Operations, Risk Management, Lab and Urodynamics.
Responsible for all Nursing and clinical support staff, Clinical Nursing Operations, Risk Management, Lab and Urodynamics. Must be prepared to deal with evolving health care delivery systems, technological innovations, an increasingly complex regulatory environment, restructuring of work. Working manager to fill in for staff shortages and when they are overly busy. Must be familiar with operating all dept. clinical equipment used to assist when necessary and train staff as needed. Must also be able to establish a rapport with staff to instill camaraderie while motivating them to excel at meeting the physicians expectations for work. Doesn´t hesitate to jump in and help when needed by your staff, work longer hours and faster than your staff to establish your position to lead as your staff nursing manager. Must be proficient in quality leadership skills, state and federal compliance and policy and procedure manual. Urology and EMR experience a PLUS.
