VA North Texas Health Care System is currently recruiting for the following:Chief, Clinical Quality Management. This position is responsible for the Quality Management Program in our Health Care System. The incumbent will be aligned under the system Director. The position will include: 1) provision of oversight and direction for risk management, accreditation by various agencies, performance improvement and data management; 2) active participation at the senior leadership level in overall planning and development of goals, objectives and policy and 3) development of effective and timely responses to emerging VHA priorities. The Chief, Clinical Quality Management is responsible for Clinical Quality Management processes leading to the fulfillment of the Health Care Systems mission, vision and values. S/he must be knowledgeable regarding accreditation, governance, policy management and administration of a multi-faceted health care delivery system. Experience with computerized medical records systems is preferred.
