We have the Get Well Network in each patient room - an interactive patient care tool in which patients can learn about their condition, collaborate with their caregivers, secure helpful services, and enjoy entertainment resources all from their hospital bed via large flat screen TVs. We have an instant recognition program on our unit, which is when our Assistant Nurse Manager takes notice of an employee going above/beyond what is expected and that employee is given a gift card in recognition.
