Nurse Practitioner - Western PA - Nursing Home

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (GNP, ANP, or FNP) for a Nursing Home position in western, Pennsylvania. Will consider experienced provider or strong new graduate with previous solid geriatric experience. Other providers on site. The focus of this position will be to reduce return visits to a local hospital. Potential for hospitalist work if you so desire. Schedule will be M-F, 8a 5p with schedule flexibility. Salary will be $70-90k plus incentives of 10-15% of base salary $7-14k which could put your comp over $100k. Comprehensive benefit package including 4 wks vacation, malpractice, health insurance, retirement and 1 wk paid CME. Relocation assistance and separate sign-on bonus.
