If credentialed under the requirements of a baccalaureate degree, can continue to be recertified through obtaining the necessary CEUs without earning a Master´s degree. Must have three or more years of general nursing experience. Must provide a current state of Indiana Registration for nursing, or endorsement by Indiana State Board of Nursing. Must have current certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Must have current CPR certification. Must have valid state drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
