Seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist. We require previous, palliative care experience in areas that could include geriatrics, med/surg, oncology, critical care, family medicine, etc. Provide advanced practice nursing as part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of a chaplain, social worker and physicians. As a care team, round on patients and share the responsibility of new consults as well as ongoing patient care in hospital setting.
