The VITAS Nurse is a member of the interdisciplinary team and is the pivotal person in identifying the physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family. The Nights/Evenings/Weekends (NEWS) Clinical Manager oversees the clinical patient care delivery to our hospice patients in their homes and in skilled-nursing or assisted living settings for weekends, nights, and evenings.
