We are recruiting for a Nurse Manager, Clinical Operations for our Odessa Brown Children´s Clinic (OBCC). This manager is responsible for managing the clinical operations within the OBCC Medical Clinic, OBCC Garfield Teen Clinic, First Place and other outreach sites, and the WIC program. Functions include meeting continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Children´s mission, vision and values. In conjunction with the OBCC Directors and Ambulatory Director of Clinical Practice, this position is responsible for the implementation of strategic initiatives for OBCC and Ambulatory Services.Required: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or related field - Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience, including at least three (3) years recent clinical experience in a pediatric ambulatory setting - Current Washington State RN licensure - BLS for Healthcare Providers - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Preferred: - Masters Degree in Nursing or business related field - At least three (3) years recent experience in an ambulatory management and/or leadership roleAt Children´s, we believe in accountability, respect and teamwork - not only with patients and their families, but also with each other.
