We seek a strong manager to take 24-hour accountability for all aspects of patient care, including coordinating the level of care with identified patient needs, providing clinical and material support to the staff and ensuring continual quality improvement and fiscal accountability. To qualify, you must have a current CA RN licensure or state equivalent, a Bachelors degree, 3+ years of nursing experience and current CPR card. The facility includes fully staffed 24-hour emergency care, a specialized Heart Center, Womens Center, Comprehensive Intensive Care Services and an All-Digital Imaging Department, plus Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Emergency Services, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Wound Care Center/Hyperbarics, Diagnostic and Imaging Services, Pain Management Center and an ADA Certified Diabetes Program. Description Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
