The successful candidates will be responsible for: Coordination of daily clinical operations Regulatory compliance and maintains a safe work environment which matches appropriate resources to appropriate patient care tasks. Maintaining patient focused care as measured by patient satisfaction survey Assuring all clinical personnel is working within their scope of practice. Participating in providing feedback on clinic staff competency and annual performance evaluations.. You will be working with an established multidisciplinary team of Transplant Pulmonologists, Thoracic Surgeons, Physician Assistants and Nurse Coordinators.REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree Completion of RN program. BSN prefd EXPERIENCE: 3 yrs nursing exp. Exp in assigned are & office or clinic exp prefd. LICENSE/REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION: AZ RN lic. BCLS cert.
