As director, you will be given the significant responsibility of the oversight, vision and strategy of our clinical pharmacy programs and services.You will:* supervise our Coordinators of Clinical Pharmacy and specialized pharmacists* ensure continuous improvement in our clinical programs and services* provide leadership for all aspects of the processes involved with medication selection/procurement, prescribing, preparation/dispensing, administration and monitoring* research and implement best practices* work collaboratively to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy and positive patient outcomes* develop policies and procedures to optimize drug utilization and medication safety* oversee the various clinical education programs for Pharm D rotation students, pharmacists, nurses, physicians and residentsRequirements:* 6-10 years clinical pharmacy experience, including 6+ years in a significant leadership role* Doctor of Pharmacy degree* PGY1 Residency required; PGY2 Residency preferred* Current NJ licensure (or eligible to obtain)Join our team and enjoy medical/dental/vision/prescription, life insurance, and Long Term Disability benefits; retirement and other savings plans; and employee health and wellness benefits.
