POSITIONThe Director of Pharmacy has oversight of 9 FTEs, which include 3.2 pharmacists on staff, as well as 5.3 pharmacy assistants with no current vacancies This department is a single site pharmacy offering services to both inpatient and outpatient areas of the hospital Monday through Friday, and does not require the director to take call Successful candidates will be self-directed professionals who are focused on customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree in Pharmacy with two years of progressive leadership experience preferably in an acute care setting. Pharm D preferred, but not required. POSITION -The Director of Pharmacy reports to the Vice President of Operations and will lead approximately six FTEs-Responsible for overseeing all operations of the hospital pharmacy while ensuring regulatory compliance-Qualified candidates will have Pharmacy management experience and excellent leadership abilities. Ideal candidates will be change agents with process improvement skills.
