We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist- Geriatrics to identify opportunities for improving the medication therapy of Christiana Care�s geriatric patient population. This key leadership position will participate in the patient care of the geriatric population while providing leadership for coordination of geriatric focused pharmacy services across shifts and between both Christiana and Wilmington hospitals. The ideal candidate will possess PharmD plus ASHP accredited specialty residency in geriatrics, or PharmD plus ASHP accredited pharmacotherapy residency/fellowship with certification as a Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP). Current licensure in state of Delaware is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
