This shall be carried out in accordance with all state/federal laws, JCAHO standards and Hospital/Department policies and procedures. Coordinates clinical pharmacy services.Required Job Qualifications include:-Graduate of a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmacy Education.-3-5 years Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator experience.-Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact equally well with healthcare staff, patients, and families.-Service minded professional-Florida Pharmacist license; PharmD preferred.
