Lancaster General Health is searching for a Full-Time Clinical Staff Pharmacist to work evening shift.
SUMMARY: Assists healthcare providers in utilizing drug therapy safely and effectively through physician order review and fulfillment, patient monitoring and patient education. Supervises pharmacy interns, students and technicians in their tasks, and verifies all work completed by those personnel. Patient care includes care to patients in all age groups.REQUIREMENTS: -B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm D required.-Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Pennsylvania required.ESSENTIAL JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: -A health care provider in good standing with Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal and state health insurance programs, i.e. not excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid or any other federal or state health insurance program. PREFERRED JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE:-Hospital pharmacy practice experience.
