At present, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center has 206 private rooms with guest accommodations, with the capacity to expand to 400 beds over the next five years. POSITION REQUIREMENTS JOB SUMMARYProvides day-to-day supervision for the Pharmacy department, including staff management and development, pharmacy budgets, productivity, etc.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS1. PharmD or BS pharmacy from and accredited College of Pharmacy, (PharmD or Residency training preferred)2. 2 years hospital pharmacy experience3. 1 year supervisory pharmacy experience4. Good verbal and written communication skills5. Experience with pharmacy computer systems6. Understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint or comparable systemsLICENSURE/CERTIFICATION1. Current Arizona State Pharmacist License in good standing
