Qualifications: Medco is currently hiring for these positions at our Dublin Call Center. The qualifications for these exciting positions are:*Current licensed pharmacist in the State of Ohio.*Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.*Ability to uphold strict confidentiality of customer and employee records.*Good performance/work history in current position.*Ability to exercise good, sound professional judgement and decision making.*Excellent clinical and counseling background.*Proven teamwork and the ability to contribute to a positive team morale.*Ability to maintain a constant, even, and professional demeanor in dealing with customers and other health care professionals.*Willingness and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.*Actively pursues opportunities to maintain and update skills through Continuing Education resources; maintains current knowledge of profession.*Experienced and successful in discussing drug therapies with prescribers.*Successfully complete pre-employment, drug screen and background check.*Ability to adapt to change; flexible.*Demonstrate strong telephone communication skills.*One to three years of experience; retail/hospital/community practice setting preferred.
