Brack Pharmacy Responsibilities 1. Prepares and packages medications for pharmacists review as part of filling a physician’s prescription or medication order. 2. At sites where applicable, prepares IV admixtures utilizing appropriate aseptic technique and safety precautions as outlined in departmental policies. 3. Knows how to post charges for controlled substances, floor stock and medications used during surgery and for any medication that is not charged via an automated system at the time of use. 8.
