Cannon Valley Clinic - Mayo Health System in Faribault, MN, has practice openings for Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine (OB optional) physician to staff our family health clinic in Faribault. Call will be shared among family medicine physicians at four clinic sites. Faribault is located just 45 minutes south of the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. A very competitive compensation and benefit package is offered, including a two year salary guarantee with an opportunity for production bonuses, and access to the resources of Mayo Clinic Rochester, including free CME. Cannon Valley Clinic-Mayo Health System is a 24-provider, physician-governed practice, representing specialists in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, and General Surgery. They partner with two hospitals located in Northfield and New Prague. Communities within the Northfield area include Lakeville, Farmington, Lonsdale, and Northfield. These four FamilyHealth Medical Clinics partner with Northfield Hospital. Two Faribault clinic locations are also staffed by Cannon Valley Clinic physicians, and serve as the hub of the Cannon Valley Clinics.Communities within the New Prague area include Belle Plaine, LeSueur, Montgomery, and New Prague. These four Southern Metro Medical Clinics partner with the Queen of Peace Hospital in New Prague.
