The Division of Dermatology and Cutaneous Science within The College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University is seeking a highly motivated candidate for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Associate or Assistant Professor. The vision is to build a nationally prominent Department of Dermatology through integrated scientific, clinical, educational, and community outreach programs rooted in academic excellence and humanistic values. In addition, a full service clinical department encompassing the broad spectrum of dermatologic care will be developed. The successful candidate should have a strong interest in practicing general dermatology, although some subspecialty interest can be developed. This position offers clinical research opportunities, as well as participation in medical student and resident training. Minimum qualifications for this position include an M.D. degree, Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Dermatology and eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the State of Michigan.
