State capitol and 3 medical schools within 90 miles, easy access to Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and Kansas City airports with local Amtrak depot.Practice: General obstetrics and full scope of general gynecology and office procedures including LEEP, Essure, Novasure, etc. Laparascopic surgical skills desired, not mandatory. Office services include full-time ultrasonographers, urodynamic equipment w/tech and excellent support staff. Medical center has six LDR rooms, a Women and Family Center, level II nursery, 24 hour anesthesia and epidural coverage, full diagnostic radiology and laboratory services. Approx. 750 deliveries per year. Cancer center with chemotherapy and radiation therapy on site. Visiting perinatology practice utilized for high risk pregnancies. Call coverage 1:5.Compensation: $250,000, medical and malpractice insurance, gynecology at full production.
