Southwest Behavioral Health Services is one of Arizona´s largest and widely-respected non-profit behavioral health agencies and we have an opportunity available for a full-time BC/BE Adult Psychiatrist/General Mental Health to join our comprehensive community behavioral health delivery system. In this position you will provide psychiatric assessments, medication monitoring & continuity of care facilitation primarily for adult and some child/adol clients in an outpatient facility. This may include direct supervision as well as review and revision of all applicable procedures and their execution relating to the daily medically related activities. Collaborate with program VP in delivering program specific services. Oversees all procedures relative to medication samples on site. Provides opportunities for clinical case staffing to OP site staff as needed. This position offers a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday)! Starting salary DOE! Requires MD/DO; current license to practice in the State of Arizona; valid DEA license; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry; experienced in assessing, diagnosing, and prescribing, or the completion of an accredited General Psychiatry Residency Program.
