The Chief will work collaboratively with the MSU Chairman to advance the scholarly activities of the surgical team.Board certified candidates for this position will have proven and demonstrable track records in managing performance metrics, building surgical programs, leading integration strategies and tactics, managing budgets, and excelling in quality and patient safety metrics. Best candidates will have stellar results as surgeons and in leading other surgeons through change and healthcare advancements in a group practice setting.
