The Program Director will assist hospital administration and HCA Physician Services with development of strategic goals and execution of operational mandates for a strong, high quality-driven program with a solid bottom line and excellent program performance. Qualified candidates will have 4-5 years of progressive experience in a management or operational role in healthcare practice management. Undergraduate degree required, masters degree preferred. RN with hospitalist experience and/or a Certified Professional Coder a plus.
