Midtown Manhattan East Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice seeks part time associate for immediate opening.
Position responsibilities are primarily for office based dentoalveolar surgery with ability to provide general anesthesia as needed. Must be experienced at: wisdom teeth, basic extractions, apicoectomies, dental implants, TMJ, oral pathology, bone grafting and basic trauma. Experience for orthognathic surgery, major trauma, pathology and reconstruction will be an advantage for possible hospital procedure coverage. 2-3 days/week as an independent contractor for office procedures. Opportunity to see own private patients and to develop practice for possible partnership. For MD/DDS cosmetic surgery other than Botox/fillers will not be permitted at the present time and must be billed under your own separate medical entity only. Newly built facility with iCat and complete digital radiology. Private office desk space available. Residents in training should not apply. This position is only for BC/BE OMS with at least 2 years experience.
