This group does around 800 Interventional Procedures and 2,000 cardiac caths.Hours are Monday to Friday 8-5 with a call schedule of 1:3. 50% of your time should be in cath lab. This group did recently lose two Interventional Cardiologists. I am open to obtaining an Ohio license for you if you have the FCVS. For permanent position this is an employed position. I have a client in Illinois seeking long term locums coverage.

If you are not licensed in IL, I can obtain a license in 4-5 weeks with a clean file. They have 8 Cardiologists, 3 of them are Interventional. Hours are Monday to Friday 8-5 with a call schedule of 1:3. 12-16 patients per day (includes 45 minute consultations and 15 minute visits). They do around 1000 diagnostic caths and 800 Interventions. They need Diagnostic Cardiology Cath, Interventional Cardiology Procedures, PTCA, Stents, Read EKG, Holter Monitors and Event Monitors. Peripheral Interventions are available but not required.Interventional call coverage is 1:3, general call is 1:8, Interventional Cath time is 2-3 days per week.
