We are currently recruiting for a full-time Medical Director for Employee Health Services. This position is located in Worcester, MA. Position Summary Provides overall medical direction for Employee Health (EH) Services. He/she is responsible for supporting the strategic plan for Employee Health Services, developing medical policy for managing clinical decision making, and ensuring the quality of clinical outcomes. Works in close collaboration with the Director of Employee Health Services to ensure ongoing development, growth and operational efficiencies of EH services. This individual will provide medical expertise and guidance to the organization in all aspects of employee, occupational and environmental health. Requirements * State license to practice medicine; including prescriptive privileges. * Board certification in occupational and environmental medicine. * Must have proven leadership experience in the medical field. * Must have experience in the field of occupational medicine. * Position requires physical ability to examine and treat patients.
