American Hospital Services Group is recruiting for a full time Internal Medicine Physician to work as a civilian contractor at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma City, OK
- Facilitate patient access to medical care by recommending appropriate referrals to other health care providers - Internal Medicine physician shall provide outpatient services for patients as scheduled by the government - The physician will become the primary care manager for a panel of patients - Care shall include but limited to routine general internal medicine care to include care for acute and chronic patient conditions. - Completion of a residency or fellowship in internal medicine acceptable to the Surgeon General, HQ USAF is mandatory.- Must be Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine or The American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine- Must be employed for 24 month in the last 36 months in Internal Medicine or in training. - A current, unrestricted license from any one of the 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands is acceptable.- Must have current BLS and ACLS certification.- Must be Board Certified.- Malpractice Insurance covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act.American Hospital Services Group LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer
