It will be predominantly outpatient.There is no running around. These family physicians only cover one hospital. In addition, the local Hospitalist program performs all their hospital work, except for treating their pediatric patients. Physician extenders work with each of the family practitioners in this successful practice.FINANCIAL PACKAGE: The first year compensation is approximately $160,000 with the potential to make $210,000 plus bonuses and incentives. There is opportunity to become a partner within two years.
