Asheville Cardiology Associates, PA, the leader in cardiovascular care in western North Carolina, seeks a second full time cardiologist for a regional position in its office in Sylva, North Carolina. The cardiologist needs to be skilled in echocardiography and nuclear, with coronary CT skills. Cathing privileges could be offered in the Asheville office. Candidate must be board certified or board eligible. The position has no required night or weekend call. Salary and benefits are excellent, and the position offers partnership track. Asheville Cardiology has 33 full time cardiologists, including three pediatric cardiologists. Among the physicians, there are currently seven serving in outreach locations throughout the region.Sylva offers numerous outdoor recreational amenities, along with the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Smokey Mountain National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and the Appalachian Trail.
