Join 8 Emergency Medicine Physicians practicing in beautiful, new ER
We are seeking board certified or board prepared physicians who are residency trained in Emergency Medicine to join our group of 8 Emergency Medicine physicians at Avera McKennan Hospital. The ER is staffed with EM physicians working 10-hour shifts with 40 hours of physician coverage per day. The physicians work 130 hours (13 shifts) per month and receive incentive pay for additional shifts. The physicians are employed and are also eligible for a group incentive for positive operating results. Our Level II Trauma Center has 24,000 visits annually with an admission rate of 33%.
