The hospital provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including comprehensive diagnostic imaging, 64 slice CT scanning, MRI, 3D/4D ultrasound, digital mammography, nuclear medicine, and a full service laboratory. Emergency care is offered 24/7, with an on-call physician present, treating 500-600 patients per month. Surgical specialties include ENT, Endoscopy, General Surgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Podiatry and Urology. Anesthesia services include general, regional (spinal and epidural), pain management via epidural steroids, and IV sedation. Critical care eICU monitoring with Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Inpatient and outpatient rehab services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and cardiac rehabilitation. Avera Marshall does approximately 500 deliveries per year with 2 Board Certified OBGYNs. We also have Perinatology coverage via telemedicine, central monitoring with remote capabilities and RNs with core OB nursing skills.
