The ideal candidate will be board certified in general surgery with a fellowship in bariatric surgery. The opportunity will allow the surgeon to keep his or her general surgery skills current. The individual must be a highly motivated, hard working, congenial team player who is looking to make an outstanding contribution. The bariatric program was recently awarded the Center of Excellence designation by ASMBS and BCBSM. Each surgeon has a dedicated surgery team that contributes to high quality outcomes.
