Bariatric/Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon needed in Boston
St. Elizabeth´s Medical Center of Boston is inviting applications for a Fellowship trained Bariatric/Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon to join an established, multidisciplinary bariatric program. We are seeking candidates whose proven abilities include tertiary laparoscopy and innovative procedures. The department of surgery consists of 9 divisions staffed by full time surgeons with faculty appointments at Tufts University School of Medicine. An accredited general surgery residency program graduates 3 chief residents per year. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the teaching faculty, mentoring medical students and surgical residents and devoting time to develop and advance the surgical skills laboratory.St. Elizabeth´s is a tertiary care center and member of Caritas Christi Health Care, a network of six hospitals that is the second-largest health system in New England, and a teaching hospital affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine.
