The Director must have the multi-faceted skill set to oversee Preauthorization, Utilization Review and Case Management activities and as they pertain to a MCO/HMO environment. Our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate success in producing measurable results in improving health outcomes, as reflected in HEDIS and other medical management methodologies, through program development, monitoring and implementation strategies. The Director must be able to establish approaches and enforce accountability in support of the organization�s mission.
