Base salary is $150,000 guaranteed + production. Call is 1:5 weekends. Benefits include 3 weeks PTO, health insurance and CME allowance. Potential Loan Repayment is also available ranging in award amount from $25,000 to $50,000 a year! Experience is preferred, but not required for a superior provider who is ready to work in the very exciting world of rural doctoring! Growth in the community is prompting this opening. Serving Delta County from two locations, Surface Creek has a primary clinic and business office located in Cedaredge, and the satellite clinic is located in Delta, Colorado. The Delta clinic is brand new, having opened in January 2010! Electronic medical records allow the providers to manage patient care regardless of location. Currently, the practice employs 2 Physicians and 2 Mid-level providers.The Health Professional Shortage Area Score (HPSA) for this site is 9.
