We are a two practice group. Looking to go to four. Base salary is in 200s with production from day one. Call is one week at a time. So when you are off, you are off! No every other day call etc. Have EMR and two brand new offices. Nurses take first call. Each hospital has resident coverage. If you are looking for quality life with high income, consider our practice. You will be busy from day one unlike other practices. We have in office surgery center so assures, ablations etc can be performed with IV sedation without going to hospital. Our offer is not hospital dependent for support of your salary. So you don´t have to sign your life away to them :-).
