Our region has a very high prevalence of diabetes and we are in need of an endocrinologist to establish a practice and participate in the development and coordination of community-based diabetes programs. CVPH (www.cvph.org) serves a tri-county area of 170,000 in upstate New York. CVPH is a regional tertiary medical center located in Plattsburgh, NY (www.northcountrychamber.com) and is just one hour from Montreal, the Lake Placid Olympic Region and Burlington, VT. The incoming physician would be a hospital employee with a comprehensive benefit package. This is not a J1 opportunity.
