Seven-physician progressive GI group seeks associate. Located in the geographic center of New York State, we are the premier providers of Gastroenterology services to an area encompassing a population of over 250,000. There is an immediate need for a dynamic, affable individual willing to work hard and build a satisfying, successful practice within the framework of a collegial and supportive group of physicians and mid-levels. Partnership tract is offered and the new physician can expect to earn in the top 5% in the nation as per MGMA. The practice offers many unique features including each physician having their own practice-employed RN working with them on a daily basis alongside hospital staff and while on call. Call is shared equally at 1:8 with no weekday call the week before or after a Saturday-Sunday weekend. The practice currently employs 4 PA who does hospital work and does call with the physicians on a rotating basis as well as 5 Nurse Practitioners. The practice offers an exceptional 401K and defined benefits plan in addition to medical, dental, malpractice, and disability insurance.
