The new physician will enjoy an extremely successful practice, and can walk in and hit the ground running! Call is shared with other general surgeons in the area at 1:5. The hospital will offer a competitive income guarantee financial package, with incremental overhead including malpractice, as well as relocation and possible student loan repayment or sign on bonus.
