This is a hospital employment model and the salary is very competitive and negotiable.Seeking a hospitalist with critical care experience. Two physicians cover the CCU so this hospitalist only shares with the call rotation which is 1:3 - mostly taking calls from home.The hospitalists are currently working a regular workweek of 40 hours. They are sharing call with the residency so the overall call is 1:10 nights. The Medical Center has a reputation for medical excellence, superior skills and advanced technology.
