Opportunity with Intermountain Healthcare to join two other child/adolescent psychiatrists w/in a nine member group which includes a NP who has lots of experience w/ child adolescent patients. Practice is mostly outpatient with one week of inpatient work per month. NP works with physician Monday thru Friday when on inpatient call. Child/adolescent treatment center is tucked away in an upscale residential neighborhood two miles from McKay-Dee Hospital. Call is light; average 0-3 calls. Refills are not done after hours which cuts out the majority of calls. ED does the admission at night so physician does not need to come in or see the patient until the next day when on call. Salary guarantee with full benefits which includes defined pension and 401k match. Opportunity to move off of guarantee and onto production model.
