Very successful Cardiology Group seeks to add motivated Interventional or Invasive Non Interventional board eligible, or board certified cardiologists to their growing practice. Rockford Cardiology Associates, LTD is a professional association of cardiologists with special expertise and training in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular, peripheral, and vascular disease in the Rockford and Northern Illinois area for over 30 years. Currently staffing 15 Cardiologists (Interventional, Invasive Non Interventional and Electrophysiology- all board certified cardiovascular specialists) and several advanced practice providers as well as a full complement of trained staff, the team at Rockford Cardiology is the largest practice of its kind in the region. Focusing in adult cardiology, our group has subspecialties in prevention, diagnostic imaging, intervention, electrophysiology, and research. We provide in office nuclear services, cardiac CT, and stress echo´s. Additionally, patients can receive specialty care through our Pacemaker/Defibrillator, Protime and Lipid Clinics. The group provides the full range of cardiovascular services in 2 major hospitals in Rockford, and is involved in 2 active outreach programs within 30 miles. Rockford Cardiology continues to grow; since August 2007 patients are seen in our new 53,000 square foot state of the art building. Our cutting edge technology includes a Philips 64-slice CT scanner and nuclear imaging. Imaging services that have traditionally been available only in an inpatient or outpatient hospital setting will be available in the new office.
