Year to date they have done 4,641 procedures. Plus they state-of-the art equipment and excellent facilities to work in. The group serves two hospitals (both in the same health system and both located with in easy commutes). The hospitals together are over 500 beds and have a long and exemplary history of service to the communities.The area is ideal, located on the Gulf Coast and it is known for its beauty and for the wide variety of amenities it offers. This large multi-specialty clinic seeks a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join them now. The growth in this area has exploded and the work is fun, demanding and lucrative. Work with a wonderful team of physicians and be able to concentrate on your patients. There are currently nine cardiologists on staff, four of whom are interventional. Weekly office visits are variable, based upon individual preference, and may be as many as 50-75. Average inpatient census is 10-20, and call is 1in 5. Office services offered include echo and nuclear. The hospital heart program consists of 5000+ caths per year and approximately 800 CABGS per year. Interventional volume in the group is 150-200 per year per cardiologist. Excellent income and benefits for you and your family with no state income tax. Practice out of a 612 bed facility where electronic medical records are now being implemented. They have 65 Adult ICU beds, 4 Pediatric ICU beds, and 22 Neonatal ICU beds. The hospital has 26 operating rooms plus 10 more in an outpatient surgery center. The ER sees 80,000 plus a year.
