The Chair of Cardiovascular Medicine (CCVM) is responsible for the operation and coordination of the department of cardiology and cardiac surgery. The CCVM will develop and execute a strategic plan to cultivate and expand outreach for the Medical Centers cardiac patient referral area and continue to improve the quality and level of cardiology services provided. The CCVM will report to the Chief of Clinical Services.

The Chair should bring strategic vision and strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills to the department. The ideal candidate will also possess collaborative strengths and a flexible approach. A proven track record demonstrating turnaround expertise, best practice outcomes in quality, patient experience and throughput efficiency are required. Qualified candidates must possess ABEM or ABOEM board certification along with 5+ years ED leadership experience.

We are seeking a Medical Director of Emergency Services for our southern New Hampshire client. 60/40 Clinical/Administrative split. The 17 bed ED sees about 30K annual visits. Salaried position entails generous administrative stipend, competitive compensation including RVU bonus payouts and extensive hospital sponsored benefits package.The hospital is located in a small city an hour from Boston and 20 minutes to the coast.
