There’s plenty of volume to support a large salary.CALL SCHEDULEThere is only a 1:6 weekend call schedule as the hospitals have hospitalists who manage their hospitalized patients. Physician take 0-2 calls during the week on their own patients except on their day off.GROUP PERSONALITIESThis is a very collegial group of physicians. They have solid tenure and a stable staff. HOSPITAL INFORMATIONThere are two hospitals in town. One is a 365 Regional Center and the other is a Community Hospital of approximately 160 beds.
