Located next to Bermuda's capital, Hamilton, Paget is a tiny community with pink beaches, mangrove-filled wetlands, and inlets lined with palm trees. Paget is also home to the second-largest conservation area in Bermuda, The Paget Marsh Nature Reserve. The reserve is filled with palmetto and cedar trees and has bush-covered ponds and swamps that are home to an abundance of wildlife. Paget is also home to another natural gem, Hungry Bay, which is similar in its lushness to the Florida Everglades.

Paget is an old community. Its founding dates back to the early 17th century when, as part of the British drive to colonize Bermuda, the English aristocrat William Paget began investing in land. Throughout Paget, you'll find historic homes that date back several centuries. Today, modern concrete houses are more common, but the classic colonial homes add a touch of charm to the tropical landscape.

And you can't beat the climate in Bermuda. Summers are hot, but the thermometer rarely rises above 32C (90F). The rest of the year is pleasantly mild, and, even in the coldest months, temperatures average 16C (60F).
